System Features:
- Automatic continuous measurement of XYZ coordinates along the track to determine the geometry of rail tracks. Automatic measurement of XYZ coordinates along the track reduces the time required for a complete measurement and allows for the collection of sufficient data for accurate determination of rail tracks.
- Automatic continuous measurement of XYZ coordinates along the track to determine the geometry of crane rail tracks – measurement under load. For the system resulting from the project, a moving crane does not constitute an obstacle and does not extend operating time. The measurement procedure remains unchanged. The trolley performs measurements while moving on a loaded crane track, with the crane moving in front of it.
- Automatic continuous measurement of rail profile, determining wear, deformation, and rail defects. The system continuously measures rail deformation, allowing for comprehensive diagnostics along the entire length of the crane track.
- Automatic measurement of rail joints, determination of the gap size, and horizontal and vertical offsets at the rail joint. Rail joint measurement is performed during the rail geometry measurement, thus minimizing the time required for the entire measurement procedure.
- Automatic continuous measurement of rail transverse inclination. The system measures rail transverse inclination during the rail geometry measurement. Profiling lasers mounted on the trolley, along with an inclinometer, continuously measure the rail profile, allowing for the determination of the rail inclination value.
- Automatic visual inspection of rail hooks. Visual inspection of hooks is performed by the system during the rail geometry measurement by taking images using digital cameras mounted on the trolley.
